About Me

Kathleen has lived in Alameda since 2001, together with her husband Chris and their three children, two of whom are off to college. She has a production management background in graphic art and has been working in real estate project management since 2019.

Kathleen’s degree in fine art gives her a keen eye for detail, color, and design. She loves the before-and-after aspect of listing properties and appreciates the rich history of Bay Area homes. Kathleen is also a people person and relishes building relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, horseback riding, yoga, hiking, walking her dog, gardening, and travel.
